My family and I have used Dr. Lopez for years. She has always been kind, polite, professional and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez.

I have been a patient on and off for over 10 years. (the only reason I would ever be "off" was due to moving out of state) They are great here----I was excited to move back to the area ---for me it is worth the hour drive to visit Dr. Lopez. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I definitely think this is a great place where you are a valued patient.

I had gone to Costco to get fitted for multi focal length contacts. I never did find a pair that worked well for me. Dr. Lopez at Eyecare Associates was outstanding at dialing me into a prescription that now has me at 20 / 15. I also no longer need reading glasses. She is very thorough, professional and to my eyes competent. I did also get a pair of multi focal or progressive glasses. I have VSP insurance which I'm beginning to think is a scam. The list cost for the glasses was ~$700 and came to $350 after my insurance and discounts. I think Costco charges ~$150 for similar glasses.

If you like being rushed through an eye exam, little choice from glasses (because my face "didn't fit"), lousy attitudes and little customer service skills, then this is the place for you. I bought glasses there 1 year ago and didn't think they were the correct prescription. I was told they would not give me another exam to make sure they had it correct, would only check to see if the glasses prescription matched what they sent in. No warrenty on the glasses either.......temple fell off 10 months after and I had to shell out $100 to replace.

If you like crappy service with an attitude, this is the place for you! Service has gone out the window over the past few years and the only reason you should go here is to waste time on getting the wrong glasses (several times) and poor customer service. Thier service model says: "What the F@*&#! do you want? Do you know how lucky you are we are actually talking to you? You are obviously not intelligent enough to understand anything about eyes, glasses, processes or materials...so get the F@#!@# out of here because we are way to busy to deal with you the (former) customers... Followup - They didn't find the cateracts that were developing, which is why my prescription kept changing! Incompetents!
