Dr. Fleming presents as a caring doctor, however after 5 visits and my contacts are STILL not right, Dr. Fleming and his staff have become avoidant and passively disrespectful. I have had to contact my insurance company in order to get some HELP considering I have spent close to $400 there and NOTHING to show for it. In fact, the insurance company is also having a hard time getting a hold of them and seems like they do not want to cooperate in letting me go as a patient so that my benefits are "reset" so that I can go to a different doctor. I have always been taught that customers are your lively hood and should always receive the highest quality of service. Apparently, they don't follow the same philosophy. I would STRONGLY recommend going to a different eye doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Kevin O'Neal for several years and he has drastically improved my eye care experience. He spends a good amount of time listening and asking pointed questions. He is the first doctor to ever DECREASE my prescription, treat my dry eye, or seem like he was there to do anything but make money. I have had wonderful luck with the contacts I've ordered from him and with the dry eye treatment. I had lenses replaced in two pairs of glasses (I wanted to keep the frames) without any trouble. I usually have to wait a long time, and the receptionists are not the friendliest, but I am impressed enough with Dr. O'Neal that I will continue going to this office. He is the most competent eye doctor I've ever had.
