The customer service has room for improvement. I rang the bell for someone in the meat department. No one came forward.A man saw me standing there and came by and told me the worker had to go into the freezer. He himself never asked me" if he could help me." I only wanted to ask a question. I made a special trip to HT to buy some of the Augustus cheese spread. I could not find it. So I went to customer service counter to ask for assistance to find it. The first question she asked was, "did you get the ?? Questions that had nothing to do with directing me to the cheese. She called the manager. He came out took me to the same place I had just came from. He said its looks like we are out of it. We have to throw a lot of it away. Never apologize or said when he would be getting some.

i think that the setvice was nice but some things were a bit over priced!!:)
