Hands Down the Best customer service at a Pharmacy I have ever had. It is not an easy thing dealing with people who are ill and their insurance companies. The staff works very long hours but have always made me feel that I was a priority and that they were doing what was in my best interest. I wish half of the restaurants in Charlotte offered service like this!!!

My name is juanita skinner and i do all my med service with cvs at 153 central ave everyone is great but there is a special person who works there that perpair the meds his name is rick hes the best with answering anything you ask and hes always very kind and respectful and when iam in pain or just haven a bad day if every store had that rick i would be sure to go and made sure i told everyone how great it is great job rick which there were more like you thanks so very much and keep up the great job

I went back to this store for candy i baught that was not put in my bag, the cashier chris says all the candy has been put back, I said well i paid for the candy I want to have it he threw his hands up like okay and, so i asked for manager, se didn't have a problem with me getting another one, I asked the cashier for a bag and his name he says chris, why you need to know, I said told him when i email i would like to refer to the correct person that was being rude and started out the front door and he replies, I can be more rude, another customer was also walking out behind me and replies herself by say whaaaooo! I asked him what he had said not that i didn't hear him but because he needed to hear himself and he repeated soem thing different, i asked the customer that was also leaving is that what he said and she said no , I said i thought not, and asked to speak with the manager again, by this time she heard the comotion and called fromt he office to him and he lied to her say he told me hav ea good night, astonished, I asked the manager to give me her info and the store # and made sure his bname was chris, ad while doing that i look over at him and he is chucling while vaccuming, I just was in shock at the cockiness, and total disrespect......I have been with cvs b4 it was cvs, over more than half my life and can't believe CVS could have hired suck a jerk....I have emailed them and no response to date...guess they don't care either!!!
