We've been to see Dr. Malley a couple times with our 3 year old son, Victor. He loves coming to their office. Everyone is really friendly and Vic has a blast. He loves that he gets a gold coin to put in the machine to get a toy after his checkup. We never have to wait more than 5 minutes, but they have a cool reception area with an HDTV playing shows that kids love. They make it a fun place to take your kid. Their office is open and very clean. Why didn't I have this as a kid? But the most important part is that our son is good hands. He loves brushing his teeth and now he wants to floss every night! Can't start those good habits early enough! Even though we live in Charlotte, we drive 15 minutes to Mint Hill to see Dr. Malley and her staff... and we'll do the same for his younger brother too!

Dr. Malley has an exceptional team of caring individuals, to bad I cannot say the same about her. She is arrogant and lacks care for her patients. I was never really happy with her but her caring staff kept me going to the office plus the location was convenient. She does not acknowledge the parent and she is so "fake" when addressing the children. I have been taking my child there since he was one and now he is 5 and I have yet to receive a "hello" from her. She is inconsiderate and makes children wait for her a long time; I don't know if he over books appointments or she just has no care. I have noticed that her hygienist cannot call her and tell her that they are ready "NO COMMUNICATION". I was there at the office this week and I was told that the procedure was going to take between 30-45 min. It took 1 hour 40 minutes. My son was under the gas mask for all that time and when it was time for the filling, the hygienist prepared him too soon; so my son was with his mouth wide open for 25 minutes before she walked in. All the hygienist would do was look out the door and tell me "she should be right in". To top it all up when I asked for a school note my child was referred as the "THE ABOVED NAMED INDIVIDUAL" how about "patient" or maybe his name in the letter. THE DOCTOR IS NOT CHILD FRIENDLY

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH CAROLINA KIDS DENTISTRY! Dr. Malley is a great doctor, very kind and professional. Their office is very clean, modern, has TVs in treatment rooms to get kids occupied while dental work is being done. My 3 yrs old son always asking when are we coming back to her office. :) I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Malley at Carolina Kids Dentistry to all my friends!

Our 10 year old is typically paranoid of dentists...like most people in general, I suppose...however, he has never had any problems visiting Dr. Malley and staff. We moved to Mint Hill a year ago (from out of state) and are very happy with finding Carolina Kids Dentistry so close to home. If we ever move out of Mint Hill, we would make the trip to Dr. Malley's office...assuming we are within 45 minutes of Mint Hill, of course.
