I can't say enough about our wonderful experiences with Dr. McNutt and his staff. Everyone, from the front room staff to the assistants in the back are not only professional but genuinely happy! And Dr. McNutt himself is just the best. I would highly recommend McNutt Orthodontics to anyone needing orthodonic care for themselves or their children.

We were new to NC and were referred to Dr. McNutt. I wanted to obtain a plan since I have one child with too much space and another with very little. Both of my kids loved the office and staff from the moment we walked in. The staff is friendly and will work with you to get appointments that you can fit into your schedule. They do not push unnecessary procedures on you and will be precise in explaining where you currently are at with treatment and what is projected for a great outcome. Although we are on standby for braces right now, I feel very confident and assured for when we start treatment.

This office was highly recommended to us, with experiences that mimic what many other reviews state. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. Our interaction with Dr. McNutt was short, and was positive, but our experience with his staff as not. I would recommend checking with other offices in the Clayton market - although there is a limited selection of practices, actually in Clayton. We certainly are confident we will find support staff that is more patient friendly and provides a more professional experience.

We've had two kids get braces with Dr. McNutt and we love the whole staff there. They are all professional and caring and I would definitely recommend them!

Best dental experience. I had 3 other consultations before deciding on McNutt orthodontics. Best decision I ever made. Love the open clinic and being able to watch what is going on. Office staff is always friendly and accomodating. Getting ready to have 2nd child evaluated. Highly recommend!
