I went to the Edwards Mill Rd location for an 11:20 appointment today. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist if they had forgotten me. She said they were running behind, and it would be another 45 minutes before they could see me. So if you like a doctor who feels like their time is more important than yours, then feel free to use this practice.

If i could give less than one star i would! absolutely dreadful! My mother went in with a broken bone in her foot, they told her and i quote "i don't know why they referred you to me, this is a foot doctor problem" well excuse me! had you looked at her chart you would have saw that there was a broken BONE! in her foot, and your company says they specialize in bones and foot and ankle!! if you don't care about your patients then don't make appointments with them! The doctor spent approximately 2 mins total with my mom, didn't even look at her foot! Maybe do your job and you'd be able to help people as your Hippocratic oath says you will! I am looking into filing an official complaint as well. How dare you charge someone a 70 dollar copay to tell them they don't need you (when in fact they do indeed need this service, just not from a horrible place like this) And you even kept her x-ray disc and didn't return it! so now not only does she have to pay another doctor to look at her foot, just to return to a different orthopedic doctor, but now she'll have to pay to have another set of xrays taken. How dare you!
