I would say go to Coats Pharmacy for your prescription needs as well as other fine services. Diana, Kimberly and Amy are just a phone call away to answer your questions. The automated phone system for phone refills is easy and clear to use. This is important as most older customers are not so technology savy as the younger ones but are the ones who needs medicine the most.I think they have come a long way since Mr. Smith opened a mobile home in the parking lot as a pharmacy many years past. Times have changed from McKnights Drug store up town.

The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. There is a definite hometown atmosphere in the store which you cannot get on the phone or through the mail. I would not trade Coats Pharmacy for any chain store on the planet. I am very loyal to those who provide excellent customer service.
