What a great dental experience! The staff was very nice and Dr. McCourt was helpful and answered all the questions I had. Everyone made me feel at home and at ease. After I received my cleaning Dr. McCourt took a look and talked to me about what I would need to have done and explained everything to me thoroughly. Rarely would one equate a broken tooth the day before Thanksgiving as a sign of good fortune. However, because of this emergency, I was able to discover the services, professionalism, expertise and, most importantly, the compassion of Dr. McCourt. After exhaustive on-line research with regard to the highest ratings in dental services in the Denver area, I utilized the on-line appointment request offered at the West LKN Dentistry website. Mindful of the holiday, I hardly expected a timely response. To my surprise, I was contacted within minutes by the doctor himself. The services required to repair my tooth were extensive. Mr McCourt worked tirelessly for hours, with my comfort at the forefront of his treatment. He continually communicated and provided me an education with regard to every step of the procedure. While I was completely impressed with his expertise, I was overwhelmed with his compassion. The day following my visit, Dr McCourt personally followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was comfortable and to address any concerns. This was the first time my daughter and I met with Dr. McCourt and I cannot express how pleased I was with the experience. To say my daughter (4 years old) has never met a stranger is an understatement - she would talk to the wall if it just smiled at her. Dr. McCourt listened to her stories, never rushed her through them - he just asked her questions and when she was ready, helped her count her teeth. I had an excellent experience with Dr. McCourt and Fastbraces! Not only were my teeth straightened in mere months, Dr. McCourt's finishing touches were icing on the aesthetic cake. The environment and staff are professional and welcoming. I'm so pleased with my results, my daughter is now in fast braces and my son goes in for his free consultation on Tuesday.
