I am amazed the difference the right therapy can do for a person. I had terrible low back pain for years. After Paul Anderson worked on my back and taught me the right exercises to do I was able to start jogging again. I missed it so much. I felt so good I was able to challenge myself to run and finish my first marathon. I wouldn't have been able to do this if it wasn't for Paul!!!! Thank you Paul, you're the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
