We first encountered Dr. Williams at a Lakeshore picnic. He had a wonderful booth for the children and he did not try to "sell" us anything. He had a great sense of humor, in spite of the horrid heat and he seemed to genuinely enjoy children. I needed an urgent appointment for one of my children and since there was a cancellation the next day, I was able to take both my children in. The receptionist took my insurance information over the phone and she set that up for me before we arrived. The front office staff is super friendly and immediately put They put my children at ease. The hygienist was amazing with my children-both very young. There were no tears. Both kids need extensive work and despite the opportunity to make a lot of money, he referred us to a periodontist, because he did not want my children traumatized. He also did not charge us for the xrays or exam, because he knew insurance would not pay for those more than once. He has five children of his own and his wife works there 2x a week as a hygienist. You could tell that the staff respected him, enjoyed their work and were genuinely happy to be there. I highly recommend this office for both adults and children.
