We visited the Smithfield location. The nurses were all very sweet and nice, but the doctor we seen was a pompous jerk. Not friendly at all.....sniffled the entire time like he was sick.....acted like we were idiots. They did my mother's bloodwork and called us and said she had borderline diabetes. We later on took her to Kenly Medical Associates and they did bloodwork and said her sugar was sky high and put her on insulin....what was wrong with commwell that they couldn't even tell that my mother had severe diabetes? Idiots....Also, commwell health was supposed to have referred my mother to UNC Neurology for her dementia symptoms and we waited for over a month and never heard anything. Kenly medical Associates promptly sent my mother to Johnston Medical Center Hospital to have a CT scan and referred us to a good neurologist in Wilson. Commwell health sucks!!!
