There was a wait, but not too bad. Front desk was fine - not friendly but business-like and processed me efficiently. The clinical people were very good and the doctor was very nice and did labs that diagnosed my problem, which to my surprise was not flu, but Strep. So I'm glad I went and got checked out.

The office staff got us in quickly and knew what they were doing. The triage nurse and then the doctor were both very nice and very thorough. Both of my daughters were sick and feeling miserable and they were quick, kind and efficient.

The doctor I saw was friendly, efficient, and thorough. A follow up call to some person named Sarah was very non-customer focused, did not listen to what I told her, and did not seem willing to help. I will not go here again and I will tell all my friends in the area about her bad customer service. After trying to reason with Sarah, I can see why this facility is rated only 2.8.

Do Not go to this place period. I received the worst medical treatment that caused more pain, suffering and financial hardship due to their incompetence. The Receptionist is very unprofessional not to mention extremely rude.

I visited FastMed in Fuquay-Varina, NC with a potential middle ear infection. The staff members were very professional and friendly and got me in and out in no time with no complications whatsoever. I was very satisfied with the professionalism, service, and care I got at FastMed. Thank you!
