Terrible experience. I made my appointment a week in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. They take me in a back room where I don't see anyone for 2 hours! I mentioned it and they said they had a busy morning, no apologies what-so-ever. Staff isn't friendly either. After my services, they told me to take Motrin, and refused to provide painkillers. I will never be back.

I had appointment with in 2 days of my request. The office staff was wonderful and courteous. Dr. Baird is FANTASTIC!! His Assistant was also Fantastic!!! I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely choose Dr. Baird again!! :)
