This was my first visit to Friendly and I must say that I was highly impressed. Every person I dealt with from the front desk to the hygenist to the dentist and check-out clerk were all so helpful and nice. The appointment was easy too! Usually, a cleaning appointment at other dentists are months and months out - This place got me in on the day/time that I requested (within a week of the phone call). Also, I am pregnant so I was a little worried about going to the dentist and anything causing harm to my baby... No worries! They were prepared and were very courteous and companssionate to my fears and any additional needs I had. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a nice, clean, modern dentistry practice in the Kannapolis area.

I gotta tell you-this office is FANTASTIC!! I had to get multiple extractions-I had NO pain!! I love a Doctor who gives their personal advice on how to do things too. They bent over backwards to ensure my experience went well, from the reception area to the Dental Assistant (whom I love too). THANKS GANG!!

I think I have been to all of their offices as I am always traveling around for work. The office in Kannapolis was just like the others. This time only had a quick cleaning. No cavities again!
