This is the worst operated dentist practise I have ever tried to deal with..No. 1..I called all day Monday 4-30-2012 to go and purchase my wife new lower dentures..All I got was an ans. service stating to only call once and they will call me back...Guess what, I never got a call or heard a word from them..So, I thought I would email them to find out if I needed a appointment..No email email answer either...So, on Tuesday the 1st of May, I called the Apex office to find out from a very cheerful employee that I didn't need an appointment...Very pleased with the Apex (Durham) office and a very professional stall...Stay away from Kinston...They don't need your business....Thanks Don

I took my father in there today after reading the website for Affordable Dentures. The website clearly states they do not accept appointments, but when we get there we find out that they cannot extract a tooth without an appointment. So its my understanding that the only way you can get dentures the same day is to have already had all your teeth removed before even walking in the door. Also the staff were very rude to people, especially the blonde dental assistant and the weird brunette up at the front where you come in. Most of the 3.5 hours i spent there all i saw were the same people being called back to the work area then be brought back up front. My father was taken to the back at least 4 times and brought back up front to sit and wait some more. They seem very unorganized. They are also booked solid for a month in advance so dont bother trying to go there anytime soon for anything. My best advice to anyone reading this is to go somewhere else and get quality care. You wont receive it here, but you will get exercise, and have your patients tested.
