I was in the Kinston WalMart last night @ 10 p.m. I checked my self out at the self serve registers. First, the glass on both the ones I tried to use were covered in chocolate or candy. I finally finished my order after several issues with it not recognizing I brought my own bag. After all that and the Clerk on duty there being busy with others having the same problems. She wasn't very courteous or said Thank you for being patient. She was using a cane. I didn't get a chance to see her name tag as she was walking away and yelling to me. The register was out of receipt paper so I didn't get one. She didn't say she would call for a Manager or CSM or whatever their title is? She was unprofessional and lacked any customer service. I don't care if its not a busy store or what time of the night it was... Customer Service is what brings people back!!!! Not Chinese products from a store with American Management!!!

It's a dirty Wal Mart! The floor are always dirty, the shelves are always empty. I went to get some tylenol and there was NOTHING there! I asked the associate who was workin' in that department and she said if it ain't on the shelf we don't got it. Okay, I know that is a lie. I worked at wal mart for 2 yrs on the back room on ICS (Inventory Control Specialist) and there is a back room full lf inventory. I've actually noticed that with all the places around here (piggy wiggle, food lion). Customers ask if they have something in the back and they all say "if it ain't onthe shelf we don't go it". They are just to damn lazy to go and check. The associates are rude. Once again I went to WM at get one thing this time diapers and there wasn't any! Seriously how do not have diapers on the shelf? There was no size 5 in any brand of diapers. Very poorly staffed and untrained. I could only imagin how their lay a way is gonig. I wont be suprised if they loose all your items.
