My family and I have been patients with Dr Patel for some time now. We have always had pleasant experiences with our services. Dr Patel is a great dentist for adults and children. His staff are very professional in their duties to the patients. My family and I would recommend the office of Dr Patel to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I went there and he was an alright dentist, a little pain here and there, but come to find out in the xrays i had a tooth lodge up in my gums, and he said nothing could be done and my insurance wouldnt pay for it. 4 years later i switched dentist come to find out that I not only had a tooth problem but a under bite that was severaly bad bad enough to have jaw surgery, but 4 years ago I could have gotten the problem solved but now i am here suffering...

Horrible experience. After dentist was finished with my daughter, assistant called me back to tell me what he had done. Dentist was no where to be seen. Why you ask? Probably because they put white fillings in her molars that are absolutely not covered by insurance. Had to argue to pay for silver fillings on my child instead of the white. Staff was very, very disrespectful and arguing with me. Never in my life have I seen business done like this in a dentist office. While argueing with them, dentist never even came out to speak with me during argument to see what was wrong. I have never been placed in this situation before and I was very upset. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes and I was not paying for this. Unbelievable, when i called back the witch at the front desk referred to our argument saying I pitched a fit. How unprofessional is she when we are paying her salary. But we did get our records and are definatley out of there. The blonde lady at the front needs to find Jesus, maybe she will find a little happiness.
