Horrible, the employees will tell you anything just so they move on to the next customer, instead of taking time and providing good quality service to the customer. They also have nasty attitudes as if they're miserable to be working there. They also need to stay updated with their stocking services this Wal-Mart will run out of supply, and keep the shelves empty for a month. It's very disappointing due to the fact that I love shopping at Wal-Mart, they need to step up or customers will be eventually fed up and go somewhere else to shop.

The worst customer service imaginable. 90% of the employees are outright LAZY and ARROGANT. A lot of their standard inventory items are out of stock for MONTHS at a time. Most of the time, there will be only ONE checkout register opened with at least 10 people waiting in line and the self-checkouts are either broke or closed. Many people, including myself, go to the Walmart store in Lumberton, NC for their shopping needs and better customer service. The corporate office needs to close down this store.

i have ordered cakes from this establishment since my children's first birthday but the last few years they have really been slaking 1st time i got a cupcake cake and they gave me a mess i think they ruined my kids whole 6th birthday and not only was the cake part hard as a rock but my children's name was spelled wrong and when i called to complain i never got an answer it make no since how disgusted i am about that nasty cake i ordered it Tuesday to pick up Friday and i had the party sunday makes me so mad
