Went to Urgent Care this morning due to a sinus infection I had for 3 days.....I was in and out in less than an hour.....my RX's were sent electronically....I liked that....all the staff and Dr. were quite nice and friendly....this place wasn't covered under my Ins., but it doesn't matter....I will continue to go to this location when needed.....

I was here last weekend with a scratch on my eye. I walked in with no appointment and was back out the door, accurately diagnosed and a prescription in hand to help my eye feel better. I was surprised to find out how friendly the entire staff is here. I also learned that they have a lab in house, and that they use tablets and high speed Internet to communicate with major hospitals 25 miles away and can handle all sorts of medical emergencies! I hope I never need those services but it is great to know that there is a well equipped emergency clinic in a small town. Pittsboro Urgent Clinic is truly a great business and an asset to the community.

OK, if there is no other option. I waited for over an hour and saw a nurse practitioner for a simple sinus infection. She did not seem overly competent and I would have been very uncomfortable seeing her for anything I had not experience before and did not understand.
