Literally the worst experience ever. This guy botched my surgery. My HR representative for my employer has reached out to this doctor to request a refund for my copay and to ask them to cancel the insurance claim. I will be going to another periodontist to fix my gums. Hoping that his doctor and his staff will do the right thing but given the interactions with them I am not sure how they will proceed. Also, I think it is noteworthy that this doctor gave himself a review. Who does that? Seems kind of tacky to me.

Dr. Washington is one of the finest dental surgeons I have every known & I have both worked with & been patients of many over the years. He is a perfectionist with a rather eclectic personality, but always a professional gentleman & his expertise is unmatched.
