While I enjoyed the service of the dental staff, the business office is terrible. I have been waiting over two months for an overpayment to be refunded. They acknowledge the presence of the overpayment and continue to string me along with "it should be in the mail shortly". I've now had to involve the Better Business Bureau, let's see where that gets me. Stay away from Spelios and Associates!
