Excellent staff and calming doctor to boot! Thoroughly answered all my questions and gave excellent care instruction. Would highly recommend, very experienced!

I really liked them until, some how I went over my insurance, and now owe them a lot of money, even though I always paid extra so this would not happen. Now I have a filling that came out that was put in there, but can not get it fixed until I pay what my insurance didn't. Very disappointed that after all my business they could not work with me, on something that should not have happened. Fillings are not supposed to fall out!

He did not show compassion and understanding with my dental emergency. He stated he did not have time to do a root canal and he talked down to me and that his office closed at 5 pm. he had a waiting room full of people. I am a medical professional as well and I would not treat my patients like that and had gotten off late due to patients BUT THAT IS WHY I AM THERE. Lack of compassion, understanding under guise of procedure taking too long to perform and worried what my insurances will pay.

I chipped front tooth had appointment for 3:30 and Dr Barrett's office called and ask if i could come at 3:00. I had already adjusted my schedule to be there at 3:30. I thought i could make it at 3:00 but was about 10 minutes late and was told i would have to reschedule. After i had tried to adjust for them they would not adjust for me. I just wonder how many patients have had a appointment for a certain time and had to wait 10-30 minutes after they arrived. Why is it alright for the patients to have to wait but the Dr. can't ? Basically he thinks his time is more valuable than his patients. I think he told a lot about himself by not being willing to wait 10 minutes to help someone out. Glad to find out what kind of man he is before he got any of my money.
