Uo until tonight, this Walgreens has so many nice & professional people. They all know me by name, and the pharmacists & techs are great. Amanda & Bryan are the best, and Brandon. Also, The girls in the front are pretty awesome as well. However, tonight my husband goes to the ER. We come back with presciptions, one is a narcotic. We were told by a girl who has only been working at Walgreens for a couple weeks. Shes new, she doesnt know what she is doing in the pharmacy. We submitted our prescription never seeing the pharmacist. We were told it would be an hour before it was ready. So we do a couple errands and come back to wait another 30 minutes in line. the new girl starts handing out our meds and we are 2 short, the ones from the hospital. We were told it would be tomorrow before we could get the last prescription, around 2 pm!! We Need that medication tonight. Why didnt they tell us so we could have gone somewhere else to get these meds. Also, we finally see the so called pharmacist at 9:22 pm. Its Windy from Walmart!!!! I dont know who made the choice to hire her, but I may have to leave your store because of her. She was incompetent over there and she will ruin my favorite store. One day she got in my face when i turned into some prescriptions and proceeded to tell me that NO ONE SHOULD BE TAKING THESE MEDS
