I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from! My 4 children have been patients of Dr. V for almost 4 years. I would follow him anywhere! He is the best pediatric dentist there is! The office staff is polite and courteous. I have one child with severe special needs and Dr. V is the most patient, gentlest pediatric dentist around! Please don't go on these poor reviews! If I was your friend and you asked me where you should take your child to the dentist-I wouldn't hesitate to tell you-take him to Firehouse Kids!

My kids love firehouse kids dentistry, as soon as I walk in my kids run to the games . and fell in love with the office. every one was so nice, they give my little girl a pick fire hat. she away ask of she can take it school that little girl ways . for my son they give him a red fire hat, but win him over was the prize wall at the end . I have never been to the dentist office were my kids were asking of they could stay just a little longer . thank you so much for taking care of me and my family dr.vissichelli :)

I won't be bringing my daughter back here. Although the doctor was nice, the front staff was the worst I have ever experienced. Gina, the front desk associate, was completely rude to me. When my infant son started crying she rolled her eyes at me and let out a big sigh, as if it was such a bother to her. After she handed me my I.D. back she just starred at me and said nothing. I had to ask her if that was it and she said "yup, you can sit". I am going to check out the other doctor that the other ladies mentioned.

Firehouse dentistry is the worst pediatrics dentist that I have ever seen. Dr Vissichelli should not be a pediatric dentist. He seems nice but when it comes down to treating my child he was not as patient as I thought a pediatric dentist should be. My daughter left the office crying and did not want to come back to a dentist ever. But I found a pediatric dentist that is one of the best I have ever seen Dr Dunston in Sandhills pediatric and family dentistry. My daughter was so happy after her visit with Dr Dunston. Dr. Dunston and his entire staff were super nice to my kids. I cannot get over how nice their whole entire staff were to me and my girl she is so happy she can't wait to come back.

Very bad experience just needed to make an appt and it took 3 weeks for them to get back to me and make an appointment. I saw the review and called Dr Dunston and they were more than happy to accommodate me at the time I called to make an appointment. I agree Dr Dunston in Sandy Hills pediatric and family dentistry are a very nice.
