Walmart Supercenter

That was by far the worst Walmart experience I've ever had. ( I know its just Walmart and I don't have high expectations at all) I went in specifically to pick up pictures that were already done and it took me 30 minutes. 10 of those minutes we're trying to find the photo kiosk. The other 20 minutes was spent waiting for the Lady with 1 inch nails to acknowledge me and then try to go through all of the packages to find mine. Then I got into a heated conversation about a copyright for my own pictures. All four of the pictures on the same card have the exact same background of the exact same person but only one of them needed a copyright. There was crap everywhere the store. It look like they were trying to fit two stores into one the aisles were so crammed you could barely fit a shopping cart through. I will never go back to this Walmart again. These people do not deserve $15 an hour
This Walmart SUCKS!!!! I went to pick up mu daughters net-book and they had it underneath 3 big boxes. I ask the associate could I use her scissors to open the box and make sure it wasn't damaged. She replied, "You have to sign for it first before you can open it." This was after she shoved the box at me and I replied,"Not a problem Honey even though I just paid $300 for it. So I am going to make sure you did not damage it..Thanks." After I signed for it..She walked off and I had to ask another associate for help. I swear this Walmart hires the most ignorant people to work in receiving. I think I will start going to the Walmart in Raeford because they have better manners there.
I lived in Fayetteville when this Wal-mart was new-ish and it was decently staffed and reasonably well organized. As of August 2014 it's a mess. The store itself is disorganized and dirty. The staff is either poorly trained or just flat out rude. The management can't be asked a question by their staff without acting like they are being bothered. Today I went in looking for one item in particular. According to the Wal-mart website, this was the only local Wal-mart that had the product (a slip-n-slide) in stock. The store was such a mess I couldn't find it and had to ask for assistance. The girl who was helping me was very nice, but couldn't locate the product even though I had a UPC code. She had to go searching for the manager, who got visibly irritated we were asking him questions. It took five staff members (all with an attitude, except for the original girl who was helping) to locate the product. The customer service manager at this store (Elizabeth) is like an overweight bulldog. When she's not sitting spread eagle out in front of the store smoking a cigarette, she's inside barking at customers. On more than one occasion I've been in line behind someone who has been short on money and the cashiers tell them it's ok, Wal-mart won't miss it. This store is failing in so many ways, even by Wal-mart standards. It's the second worst store in this area, and second only to the one on Skibo Rd. in Fayetteville because people get shot at that store all. the. time. You'd be better off skipping the Spring Lake location and taking the extra time to drive to the Wal-mart in Sanford, or even all the way out to the one in Raeford.
The place was a mess it's not shift change. I just moved here so I have mad a few stop this week and it looks a mess every time in the same baby spot. The crap price print out show not a care in the worl.
Bought ammo there and got distracted talking to employees about firearms. I left without taking my ammo. Went back the next day with my receipt, customer service had Sporting Goods people lock it up for me. They looked at my receipt and gave me my ammo, no problems ! Will continue to shop here...
