Came into the pharmacy right before 6 to pick up cold medicine. I asked the employee in the pharmacy if they carried the generic version of a cold medicine brand (purchased at Walgreens a few days earlier) of which she responded. "Nope, only the real stuff. We're closing... now or never." Extremely rude. This CVS is closest to my house and will NOT receive my business again for anything if I can help it.

phone wait time for the pharmacy is unconscionably long, eating up cell phone and\or long distance minutes to no purpose; they have just lost my business.

Why no Minute Clinic? None in WNC, only SC. Nice...
