After spending however much money renovate the new office in Weaverville, this 'urgent care' hold fewer hours on the same days as my regular doctor. I needed help yesterday, Saturday, and arrived at this office to see the lights off and the hours on the door. If I felt I could wait until my doctor was available (7:30 Monday morning), I would not have attempted to go to the 'sisters of mercy urgent care.' This is a redundant and useless office and I can only imagine your organization has way too much money to have set up an office in Weaverville. At the old location, two of my neighbors has the same experience. Sisters of Mercy needs to get out of the Urgent Care business. One star is overrating your services.
