I don't know where to begin but let's just start at when I called and asked if they had a certain book in stock. The lady who answered told me to hold on, she directed me to cash register #16 and I heard the cashier checking out a customer while I was on hold. I called back a second time and talked to the same lady who put me on hold yet again only to be hung up on just a few seconds later. I was very frustrated but continued to call back until I got the answer I needed, it took 2 more calls. When someone did answer me he told me he would have to write the book name down and go check, because of course he couldn't just look it up. A woman answered the phone to tell me, in very illiterate speech, that they did not carry the book. That's all I needed to know and it was ridiculous that I had to call 4 times to get my answer! This has to be the worst walmart I have ever been in...terrible service and rude staff...if I were you I would go to a walmart in raleigh. Zebulon you need to hire associates that actually know how to speak correctly so they don't sound so ignorant when they answer the phone. One call to Barnes and Noble answered my question very quickly with great customer service.

What can u say about walmart except ...it's walmart but the customer service sucks!
