Called to ask a very simple question, when I asked if there was an email I could send over for him to review rather than driving out, I was informed the man 'doesn't deal with email' and couldn't be 'wasting his time' on this. However, I was calling on behalf of my grandfather who re-fills a couple prescriptions there every month entirely out of pocket. Since they can't be wasting time on customer service, we won't be returning! Perhaps this business should be informed on what century they are living in.
