At first my experience was good. After my appointment Dr. Kourajian said he would order my contacts, and they would arrive in two weeks. He then told me I would receive a text message notifying me of the arrival of my contacts. Today's date is September 3rd. My appointment was on August 1st. I still have not been notified of ANYTHING. When I called the office I was told by a nice lady that she didn't know about my information and it was in Dr. Kourajian's office, so she took my number and told me she would call me back since he was in his office with a patient. THREE hours later I had not been called back, and I again called the office. This time I was connected with Dr. Kourajian at which time he told me he had NOT yet ordered my contacts, and that he had FORGOTTEN! He did say he would order them as soon as he got off the phone, however I am not sure if i can trust that he will, after all he apparently just "FORGETS" about his patients. I feel that overall my experience had been disappointing, unprofessional, and irritating. I would not recommend Dr. Kourajian.
