Beware of this dentist!!!!! Years ago, my husband's girlfriend (at the time - they have since broken up, then my husband and I met and got married) went to this dentist. The girlfriend wrote my husband down as a cosigner on the account, even though they were not married and my husband had NO idea she was doing this or that she'd even gone to the dentist. Of course, the girlfriend didn't pay her dentist bill. No surprise there, right? The first time my husband heard about this bill, let alone that the dentist was trying to pin it on him, was when the bill showed up on his credit report as being delinquent. ??? Since you cannot sign up someone who isn't your spouse to be your cosigner without their knowledge and without them also signing the paperwork (the ex-girlfriend and my husband had different last names, they were never even engaged let alone married!) the dentist going after my husband for this dental bill is completely illegal. My husband has called them three times, asking them to take him off the account, and they have refused to do it. This last time, the billing lady said he was being "hostile" to her - of course he was!! This is greatly damaging my husband's credit report, and it is 100% illegal. What did they think he was going to do - send them flowers and a teddy bear?! HORRIBLE BILLING PRACTICES - do not use this dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
