The office was kind of dumpy. The front desk person could not answer any of my questions. Not even whether they were in net with BC. She said it might depend if I WAS IN NET???? I asked to speak to someone else...no one was available. She was not even dressed very professional....sloppy actually. I left and went to Omaha's urgent care on 180th and Center. Nice, clean, great front desk...nice nurse...nice Dr...quick service....worth the extra 10 minutes to get there for us.

I really wasn't all that impressed with this facility. The nurse or whomever that brought me back really had no people skills at all. Instead of trying to make your feel comfortable, she really kinda made things worse. I went in thinking that I was going to be seeing a doctor and instead I ended up seeing a PA. That honestly didn't make me feel any better. I was in there for 30 minutes total and my issue didn't even get solved instead and was given 2 prescriptions that actually caused more of an issue than help... I honestly hope that others have had a much better experience with this clinic than I had. I most certainly wont be going back there.
