kinda funny that all of their 2008 reviews were on the same day...i'm suspicious because i have never been so frustrated with an online business! they must have had a complete turn-over in staff since then because these folks are unprofessional with a complete lack of follow-up or follow-thru with their customers! they needlessly let my pet go with out her heart meds because they were too lazy to pick up the phone and call me to tell me the prescription i submitted (evidently) was for only one fill, after i waited for a week, looking everyday for it in the mail!!!!!!!! - this was for a repeat order even tho the first time was a hassle! they are cheap but SO IS THE SERVICE. buy elsewhere!
