My sister has been in this home since January of 2009 she was transferred from Central Center to here she has Huntingtons Disease prior to coming to this facility she was approximately 130 pounds and doing well since her time at this facility she has lost about 50 pounds of weight, her teeth are broken off, she has a black eye and is on medication not prescribed for Huntingtons patients, at this time we have the filed a formal complaint with the state to research what is going on there, the Woman who takes care of monitoring the Nursing Homes in this district will be there in the morning to see what is going on, She was there 2 months ago and my sister was not on any documents stating she was even there so please be aware and of this establishment when placing your loved one there.
