Dr. Boettcher is the BEST dentist in Nebraska – Not just for people who are very fearful of getting dental work done, but also because he is a grade A professional at his craft. From the moment, I entered his office and met with him and his staff I felt comfortable and at ease. Everybody there is kind and very professional. Dr. Boettcher and his staff are the head and shoulders above the other dentists in North Platte! The care I’ve received at this office is far superior to any I’ve visited in the past 20 years. I’m always a little nervous about finding a new dentist, however, Dr. Boettcher and his staff came highly recommended, so I decided to visit for my annual check-up and teeth cleaning. Scheduling was easy, parking is conveniently located right in front of the building, and the atmosphere is upscale and comfortable. Dr. Boettcher and staff are very friendly, highly professional, and detail-oriented. All of their equipment is state-of-the-art. They explained what they were doing and gave me time to ask questions, all of which were answered completely. I couldn't have been happier with their level of service and the quality of their work. I have been to other dentists in North Platte and the Midwest and Dr. Boettcher and his staff are miles ahead of them all! All of my dental work had to be fixed in some way, due to complications or the dental work not being done correctly (Crowns not fitting or molded right, gaps in my teeth, root canal, dry socket). Dr. Boettcher had to redo most of his work, that should have been done correctly the first time. I would not recommend this facility and do not trust his work. Some of the staff could also be impatient and rude at times.

I asked my husband if he was okay with me traveling from Omaha to North Platte for dental visits as I have declared Dr. Boettcher my new dentist. I was on my way to Colorado for the Thanksgiving holiday, spending the night in North Platte, when I needed to find a dentist urgently. I was in a great deal of pain and the swelling within my mouth was so great that it covered almost all of my right upper back teeth. I was afraid that finding a dental office open would be impossible but when I called I was pleasantly surprised and they had just had a cancellation. When asked if I could be there in 20 minutes my husband and I threw things in our suitcases and were out the door in less than 10. Without any knowledge of this dentist I was concerned about the quality of care and how I would be treated as a last minute add on. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease. Dr. Boettcher and his staff obviously enjoy their work and the care they give to their patients. Dr. Boettcher spoke with me in a calming and reassuring manner. He explained what he felt was wrong and how he felt it should be treated. Within 45 minutes he was shaking my hand and wishing me a safe trip to Colorado. I wish I could give this rating a 10. I was impressed with Dr. Boettcher, his staff and the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Boettcher and if you live closer to North Platte than I do, I would seriously consider changing dentists if you feel your dentist and dental office is not measuring up to your expectations. You deserve to be treated with compassion and caring, such as I was.
