I have been a frequenter of Dr. Neely's office since elementary school. Now 32 years old, I recently revisited the office for invisalign -an alignment of a few teeth that had moved since I had lost my retainer years and years ago. The experience was wonderful. From the consultation to final "graduation", the staff was incredibly professional, while perfectly balancing fun and friendly. They even give you a congratulations card when your work is complete, signed by the entire staff. Great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Neely's Orthodontics in Hanover to all ages!

This disaster of a place gave me horrid teeth. Here's what the past few visits have been like: 4 visits ago: Dental assistant leaves sharp piece of metal in my mouth; I swallow it eventually. 3 visits ago: Dental assistant does not cut metal piece on end of braces; it pokes me in the mouth for months. 2 visits ago: Dr. Neely forgets to give me rubber bands for my overbite. Last visit: I am given high-powered rubber bands which causes my overbite to turn into an extreme underbite. Don't go here. I've received nothing but pain, horrid teeth, and a huge bill from these incompetent fools.
