Manager was so rude, gave me an attitude because he didn't know how to use his own checkout system. He told me I was "making this difficult" when all I wanted to do was purchase the deal posted in their ads. He didn't even know any of the policy and gave me the wrong information.

Had bought to bottles of vitamins which were the wrong brand , looked up policy was told to bring in to store no questions asked, I get there and the manager tells me she cant allow me to do the return due to the vitamin s being high priced n over 25 dollers..I had to return at another rite aid n had no problems whats so ever..this is the only store tht wont do returns n do not follow there own policy meaning management. .they need serious training...

A great store! Tina, and 2 other employees whose names I don't know, went out of their way to locate a personal item I had left in the store by mistake. They went to great lengths to search for it, and when it was finally found after I left, Tina mailed it to me.
