Hi, I'm Bill Giannetti, I moved to this area in July, 2012 and had the good fortune of having Serenity Smiles recommended to me for dental services .I have visited the office every six months since my arrival and I am extremely pleased with the care, treatment and attention I have received on each visit. Maria has done an excellent in examining and cleaning my teeth, Dr. Erik has been very thorough in his follow-up exams and I have had painless root canal done by Dr. Frost. I am even getting free whitening services! I actually look forward to each visit because of the friendly staff and the prompt attention on each appointment. Thanks to everyone there! I had my last check-up on 12 23, Maria met me at the door and took me back for my cleaning and review. She was very pleasant and informative with her usual TLC style. Then Dr. Erik came in to check me over (all was good), we had a nice chat and off I went. The staff makes every visit a pleasure. I'll be back in 6 months !!

I have not been to a dentist in several years and was nervous on what to expect. I was referred to Serenity Smile and went ahead and made the appointment, while on the phone with the receptionist, she advised that I would be there for about 2 hours and let me tell you... I was there for just about two hours. I loved knowing that I would be in and out within the time I was told. I could plan another appointment after that and make it on time. The staff was very polite, energetic and knowledgable. As I was having my teeth cleaned the tech was very helpful with showing me everything she was doing and guiding me on the proper way to floss my teeth. After I left Serenity Smile, I felt confident that I could keep my teeth looking and feeling the way they did when I left my appointment. Great experience and I look forward to my 6 month follow up.

I would highly recommend giving this office a try. Whether looking for a new facility or ready for a change. This is truly the best dental office. The staff is wonderful. I have always been greeted when I walk in. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. This tells me they respect my time. My hygenist Celeste is wonderful, she takes time to ask about my dental changes and a personal update. I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned. Dr. Mendelsohn is great. He takes time to explains everything and to make sure you are comfortable. He has made the office very relaxing. From paint designs on the ceiling to bird feeders outside the window that you can watch from the dental chair. On my last visit I had a chance to use the massage chair they have in the waiting room. I was waiting for them to make my crown, they did it all in one visit, so I did not have to come back for another office visit. I never even knew that had a this chair because I have never had any wait time. This sure was a nice way to relax and past the time. What a great idea! I am getting ready to have some additional dental and the billing girl was wonderful in taking time to explain my payment options. It's so great to go to a place for service and not feel rush or like you are a bother to the staff. You should really try this place and find out first hand what I am talking about. You will be happy you did and will wish you would have done it sooner.

I had a wonderful first visit experience! The assistants who took me back and started my appointment with x-rays and other routine tests were very nice, and were on top of everything that was going on in the office so no one had to wait long. The way they schedule appointments is very organized, so I didn't have to wait in between what needed to be done. I went from the routine first visit papers and tests, to my cleaning, and then to speak with Dr. Mendelsohn about his findings and the dental hygienist's, Celeste, who gave me a very thorough teeth cleaning! She did the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. She explained everything as she went along, what she was doing as she cleaned, her findings, and what she felt may need to be looked at further by Dr. Mendelsohn. She even showed me how to floss properly, which was very helpful since I want to do it right, even if I think I already am I figured having a professional show me would be a good idea! She was very caring and said to floss daily, which I have been since my visit. She also explained some other things the office does, like the teeth whitening program they have. I am so glad I took the time and made the change to start coming here!

After 25 years of using the same dentist, I finally decided to switch to a new one who was closer to home, more convenient, and one that my children could go to as well. After asking for several recommendations from some friends, I decided to try Serenity Smile Designs in Egg Harbor Township. Their office is very modern, inviting and all of the staff were polite, respectful and even educational. I felt that my first dental exam was more thorough than ones I had received before. Outside each exam room through large windows you can watch birds feeding. On my first visit I was privileged enough to see the New Jersey state bird, the American goldfinch… It was pretty cool. I love that the office sends you email and text reminders regarding your appointments. I'm glad my family and I made the switch to Serenity.
