I personally love going there I worked at 500 west main st and they are 900 west main. Many of us went on or lunch to have or annual mammograms done. They always fit us in no matter what . I think everyone there is extremely professional. Love them

The appointment was fine, but the front office staff weren't the most professional bunch. It's now 7 months later and I have a "Final Notice" bill (first one I got) that was sent to my previous address. I haven't lived at that address in over 2 years...don't even know how they got it. I'm not happy with that address getting personal mail like that sent to them. Never again.

The receptionist on the phone was horribly rude when making the appointment, but I figured a bad day for her. Then, I was called the Friday afternoon before my appointment (which was on Monday) by the another rude woman from biling saying they never received my insurance approvals and they will have to cancel my tests if I don't get them. So, I called my doctor's office, who told me that they already sent the approvals over and why was billing calling you when this is our responisiblity. In the end, I decided to go to another radiology group, where I am treated better.
