After calling them later, identifying myself as that writer, and saying why I had written that review,Danny explained to me why I had only partial information, which had created my initially negative impression.I was shocked when I understood the whole picture, and immediately offered to delete that review. He offered me a generous discount on my next order, as thanks for doing so.
I love this office. The office staff is always friendly and the Doctors are terrific. My family sees both doctors and you truly receive the best care. I have been to another eye Dr. in Hillsborough and would never return to that office again because my exam was so quick. I felt that I was just a number. At Dr. Tarbell's I always feel well cared for and they take the time to go through my eye exam and the results in great detail. My family loves this place and I recommend to all my friends. They also gave a great frame collection for kids and adults.
Thank you Dr. Tarbell and staff. I always feel like a part of the Advanced Eyecare and Vision Gallery family. Right from the moment I walk in, I am immediately greeted. All through my entire exam, everyone treats me in a kind and professional manner. When I have questions, they are explained to me so that I can understand them. I especially like picking out my new glasses since there are so many stylish ones to choose from. I have friend's looking for a new eye doctor and I will surely recommend this office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tarbell for many years. She really cares for her patients and takes the time to explain any issues I may have regarding my eyes. I enjoy the staff and both Dr. are really terrific. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends to either Dr. Tarbell or Dr. Greenfield. Both doctors are terrific!
BUYER BEWARE!!! While confirming my appointment I was told that they spoke with my insurance company and that I would not owe anything. Two weeks later, I received a bill for ~$175. Their excuse was that there was a miscommunication between them and the insurance company and that I would owe $50 and $125 for a service that I never asked for and was never offered. It took 5 months of going back and forth before I ended up just paying for the co-pay. However, during that time they kindly charged me a late fee of $15. I am being 100% honest so that someone else doesn't fall into the same trap.
