Walmart Supercenter

No mop buckets and a lack of other items AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everytime I go there they don't have daily needs basic stuff is usually out. I went 2 weeks without certain spices cause they didn't have it. This time they didn't have any buckets. Customer service is mostly garbage. Store floor is dirty they still have a bird problem. The store is to small for the amount of people that come in. And oh if you go there during rush hour you'll be waiting in line for about 30 minutes. If you go during late night hours, anything after 10 pm, they close down a majority of the checkout lines all but 2 MAYBE 3 on a good day and once again you'll wait in line for a long time. Long enough for me to write half of this review before I even got to the checkout. I can't wait for some competition to come to alamaogordo then Walmart can get its act together
Disregard previous comments... Its a normal Walmart lol.. There may be trash in the parking lot, but besides that its your average Walmart. Ive lived in 5 different states and each one is the same. Dont avoid this place just because of what the others have said =] The employees are actually very polite and if they see you they will ALWAYS ask if youre finding everything ok and if you need assistance.
Its Walmart. This Walmart sells horse feed and accessories, which is not typical of other walmarts or produce. It is very clean, very organized and well stocked. I just got here from DC where they don't even mop up vomit or put things on the correct shelves let alone ask you "Did you find everything you where looking for? or How are you doing today?" so in comparison its a right pretty walmart.
Today I went to Wal-Mart to get an oil change and to get a new battery for my car. I pulled up behind a line of cars and went inside to give them my information. After waiting in line at the counter, the clerk told me that someone should have gotten my information outside and that I should go wait outside. When I went outside, the only people I saw were two guys putting tires on a car, another car waiting for tires, and four cars in the oil change line. I waited for several minutes, thinking that maybe the oil change workers were on a break. Then the original clerk came outside and I asked him who was supposed to take my information because I didn't see anyone. He very rudely informed me that there were people all around and that there should be five guys working. He then yelled over at the tire guys to find out who should be greeting, only to be informed that several people didn't show up for work, so it would be a three hour wait for an oil change. By the way, it was about 3 in the afternoon, so they could have had time to call in more people to work. I prayed that my weak battery would start my car one last time to get me out of there. Luckily it did, and I left. I will never go back to the Tire & Lube center at Wal-Mart!
This Wal-mart is an older store. The store runs out of water on a weekly bases. Bathrooms are always dirty. Produce is old and I have seen several molded items left on the shelf. Hiring center is always down. Wic machines are broke through ou the store and cashiers do not post that they are broke. Not enough cashiers certified to sell alcohol. Lack of cashiers during peek hours.Lot is constintly full of trash and Mormon missionaries that bother customers. Be prepared to see at least two pan handlers at each enterance of the store. Electronics department staff is not knowledgeable about the items in which they are selling. I have seen numerous flies and birds within the store. Customer service workers are rude and will always find fault in your request.
