Expensive deep cleaning recommended, but found not needed when I sought second opinion review. They also steadfastly refused to do a routine cleaning (as scheduled and confirmed twice) when I went for my first visit, but they finally gave in when I insisted. I was also greatly annoyed that they waved the liability concern in an effort to avoid the routine cleaning, but as a medical doctor myself, I realize the action was just a cover excuse for their refusal; nonetheless, I happily signed their waiver. They were also resistant in providing my x-ray film copies, a practice I have never encountered with my own patients in the medical world. Be sure to claim their very widely advertised first visit $34 x-ray, exam, and cleaning prior to taking a place in their dental chair. My wife's experience with the office was also troubling, but that's a totally different story. I feel very obligated to state that I clearly do not recommend this practice. I would have posted much sooner, but it took me a while to get in subsequent visits to two board certified dentists.
