I completely regret having my daughter get braces here. My son had braces with Dr. Lunardon and it was a great experience. A friend of mine was working at Familia Dental and asked if I would have my daughter get braces with them. Reluctantly, I did. She has had her braces on for 9 months and has seen the orthodontist 3 or 4 times. The orthodontist only comes one Friday and Saturday a month. My daughter is active in sports and had a lot of sporting events on the two days a month the orthodontist came to the Hobbs office. The staff is not very friendly. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere more professional and caring. This is definitely not the place!

This is the worst dentist in this town! First, when they did xrays, they apparently didn't notice the large hole in my tooth...i had to ask them about it. Second, they filled that hole November of 2012, the filling fell out. From November 2012-march 2013 the hole had been filled 3 times, the filling came out all 3 times. Third, the last time they filled it they gave me 3 shots leaving a bruise on my right cheek for 2 weeks. They told me my wisdom teeth were coming in straight and I could keep them but recently found out different. I went to Henderson on grimes for him to tell me I have periodontal gum disease, that hole in my tooth needs a root canal and my wisdom teeth are impacted on top of my jaw bone not being big enough to allow me to keep them. I'm private pay and familia said they would refund me the $ if the third one came out, now they wont. They also tried to charge me $25 to get copies of my xrays that I already paid $100 for when they were taken. I recommend them to no one!

I brought my son to the dentist here for the first time and it was awesome .He was very scared and didnt want to come but once we got to the office , they made things very easy. everyone was nice and the assistants made him fell welcomed . he got to watch tv and play in this cool playroom they have and he was smiling when we left. Over this is a great place to take your kids :)

I was very pleased with my visit in the hobbs office. MY kids are 2 and 5 were treated very well and felt very comfortable with the staff. The playroom was very clean. we will defenitely be returning.
