A friend needed a prescription filled and she designated Walmart pharmacy on her prescription plan. When she turned it in she was told that Taos Walmart does not carry this medication and it would take three days for it to come in. She went back in three days and was told they did not have time to process the shipment at this time. She was told to come back in two hours. Still no prescription. I was a witness to this very poor customer service. Since this is the only Walmart store within a forty mile range she must do without a much needed medication. When you designated a pharmacy for your prescription plan I recommend someone other than Walmart.

It's ok to small for a growing community maybe could use some competition. This typical Wal-Mart sells as much as a supercenter but does not have the room to store inventory as a supercenter. This store does need a major upgrade!

On most days, going to this Walmart is a hassle. On Black Friday, it was a nightmare. I really believe that Walmart employees are instructed to whip people up into a frenzy so they will buy more. What really created problems this year was the lines they had for the TVs, which didn't go on sale for two hours after everything else did, so the people waiting for TVs were in the way of everyone else. There were isles blocked off everwhere. I even got trapped at one point when employees started blocking off even more isles, for no apparent reason! I told them I couldn't get out and they just told me to go down an isle blocked with a stack of TVs and argued when I came back telling them I couldn't get through. The grouchy employees and absolutely no traffic control made things worse. I mean come on, can't you even keep people flowing in one direction? I avoid this store whenever I can and will never shop there on Black Friday again.
