Brighton Dental

I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction on Tuesday June 17, 2014. I was given Tylenol#3 with codeine(which did not help with the pain and caused my skin to feel like it was on fire and felt the need to itch). I called and the receptionist who told me to take benadryl (I was not satisfied with that answer and talked to my pharmacist and he suggested I might have a mild allergy to codeine and informed me to contact the dentist and have them prescribe me another medication). So I did and Yolanda answered the phone. She put me on hold to tell me that she would need to call me back after talking to the doctor I provided her with my contact information and also my pharmacist number. She never called back. I called my pharmacist and he never received a call from her either. It has now been 24 hours and still no call back and im still in pain (tried taking tylenol Aleve ibuprofen everything over the counter in my home) to no relief. Wednesday I noticed a cyst like bubble close to the extraction and the pain is getting worse. I do not know if this is normal since no one has called me back and the dental office is now closed. It is now Thursday and I had to go to a different dentist because I called Brighton dental has no dentist there today and all Yolanda could do was apologize for their negligence. I will not be returning there ever and will not recommend this dental office to anyone. And I will be contacting the regional manager in regards to this issue.
