The Wal-Mart itself isn't bad pretty much always stocked has good things but literally all of the people there are just rude ! My mother was walking around look for an open register that wasn't super long line and when she found one a worker grabbed her moved her out of the way and told her you need move I need to get these folks who are next in line. I get there is a process but there is a respectful matter to say and deal with things. On top of this another workers yells at my mom "Get out of the way" at this point I intersected and I told her "excuse you!, do NOT yell at my mother" she yelled back at me and refused to tell me her name ! I really cannot stand the workers here they ALL lack customer service !

ON 3-27-2014 we went to this Walmart Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. We went to get special socks for my father. At my walmart in Reno they are in the pharmacy area of the store. We could not find them we were sent to one area and then another. One of the store employees stopped what she was doing and went to get the socks for my Father and than showed me where we could find them. Than when it was time to check out I went to put something back and when I got back my father was checking out and the cashier was helping him get his things up on the counter and help him with his credit card check out. We almost forgot a bag and he ran it to us. All the employee had a smile on their face and were friendly and helpful. Thank you

Everyone is a good worker its just people think they something special which makes others mad .. Like all the ratchet ass people who complain about every single thing and expect someone to know everything ... Specially black people 😑

i asked for a manager and the manager told me she was busy with a customer. so... what am i ? i shop there daily. am I not a customer?
