The front staff and pharmacy are very helpful and a pleasure to be helped by. The store is very clean and the manager Larry goes out of his way to help with anything that you may need. I wont shop for pharmaceuticals or cosmetics any place else.

Store is nicely laid out and the variety of products is adequate, but the staff is incompetent both at the Pharmacy and the non-pharmacy areas. They simply do not listen to questions or to requests made to them. For instance, in a telephone call for a product availability, the employee was asked about the availability of a particular product in the "1 lb jar". She charges off and after a very long wait, she come back and says, yes we have it. I asked, "Is it in the 1 Lb jar? She says, "I don't know". I said that I was only interested in the 1 Lb jar, otherwise it is very expensive. She charges off again and after a very long second wait she returns. Also, at the Pharmacy counter, I specifically made it very clear that I need a particular perscription transferred to CVS and that it must be filled only in a 30 day amount or the insurance company would not fill it. When returning to pick up the pjerscription, the tech filled it for a 90 day supply. They just do not listen or even look at you when you are talking. That is why so many mistakes are made.
