Staff was very personable. Dr Sai was who I saw that evening, he was very informative and extremely nice. Will definitely be returning.

Dental visits are always horrible for me. I usually avoid them like the plague!! I was due for a cleaning and to pin point what tooth was causing me pain. Lindsay was the hygienist that took care of me. She was pretty great! I usually have two clenched fists while getting my teeth cleaned because of how sensitive my teeth are to the cold water and the little vacuum that sucks everything up. I did not have that problem with her not once! After the X-rays I was seen by Dr Sai. He explained everything to me and gave me different options to the various problems that were seen in my X-rays. At the end of my visit I sat with Cassandra who explained different payment options and future visits and what they all entailed. She was very sweet. Overall my experience with this dental office was quite pleasant. Will be returning in the near future.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but i sure left smiling. 100% what i would consider an all around great customer experience... The doctor was very informative as to the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Also, Marissa the office manager worked around my work schedule which isn't the most flexible. 3 out of 3

Great and friendly staff. All of which seem to be happy to answer any questions you have and actually get to know you. They truly want you to have the best smile you can have.

I have always had problem with previous dentists I have visited in the past that were either uncaring, unconcerned, or detached in some way shape or form. It had gotten to the point that I was ready to give up, that is until one day when I had a bad tooth ache and i made an appointment to Aspen Dental in Batavia the staff there from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave make you feel welcome and comfortable. They let you know in ways of their actions as well as their words that they are here for you and now my whole family goes there and I recommend them to everyone i see because I feel everyone deserves an excellent experience like mine and I know at Aspen Dental they will just that !!!! KUDOS TO EVERYONE AT ASPEN DENTAL IN BATAVIA !!
