This is solely in regards to their sub shop. While I can't argue against the quality of their subs, I can contest the operation itself. I went their today around lunch time and soooo excited for a meatball sub - with salami and pepper jack (seriously try it). I walk in the door around a quarter to twelve – lunch time if you ask me. Walk up to counter and request a meatball sub only to be turned down. The apathetic sandwich maker relayed to me that their meatballs were still in the oven and wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes!!! Now, usually this wouldn't annoy me too much. But today, today I was in need of a meatball sub. I know what you're saying, why didn't I just wait if I needed it so badly? I would have if I wasn't with a friend who couldn't wait around due to his debilitating hunger. So, what's the lesson here? The lesson is to not have expectations of what sort of sandwich ingredients you want when you come here. If they have what you want, then you're no doubt gonna love what you get.

Simply the best place on Earth. Always excellent produce; a good natural foods section, considering the area; the sub shop/pizza/sushi/salad bar/chinese/gelato is always amazing, if a bit pricy.
